Universal Yarn Vireo (80% Tencel, 20% wool; 100g / 206yds)
113 Macaron – 4 (5, 5, 6, 7, 7, 8, 9, 10) skeins (See Pattern Notes)
Needle: US Size 7 (4.5 mm) straight or your preferred ndl for knitting flat and 40” or longer circular or size needed to obtain gauge
US Size 6 (4 mm) straight or size needed to obtain gauge
Notions: Stitch markers, removable stitch markers, tapestry needle, five 1” buttons, hand sewing needle, and thread in matching color (for attaching buttons)

GAUGE
20 sts x 26 rows = 4” in Stockinette stitch (St st) with larger ndl

PATTERN NOTES
This cardigan is knit flat in pieces from the bottom up. The shoulders are joined with the three-needle bind-off, and the sleeves are worked flat and sewn to the body. A button placket is worked along the front, ending below the bust, and a ruffled edge is picked up and worked in the round along the hemlines, front edges, and neck edges of the cardigan.

Regarding yarn requirements: Sizes Small (1X, and 5X) use nearly an exact number of skeins to complete the full pattern. An extra skein has been added to the yarn requirements for these sizes as a buffer to allow for the need to swatch any discrepancies/errors.
