Virtuoso is a striking cardigan that will keep you feeling cozy and colorful. Self-shading Colorburst is paired with solid Deluxe DK Superwash to create interesting stripes and a vibrant trim. The generous length provides additional warmth and comfort, making this a fall favorite.

Universal Yarn Deluxe DK Superwash (100% superwash wool; 100g/284 yds)
852 Bashful (B) – 4 (4, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7, 7) skein(s)
Needles: US Size 5 (3.75 mm) straight or your preferred needle for knitting flat, or size needed to obtain gauge
US Size 4 (3.5 mm) straight or your preferred needle for knitting flat and 40” or longer circular (for neckband)
Notions: Tapestry needle, stitch holders or waste yarn

GAUGE
21 sts x 30 rows = 4” in Stockinette Stitch (St st) using larger ndl
24 sts x 32 rows = 4” in K2, P2 Rib using smaller ndl

PATTERN NOTES
This cardigan is knit flat in pieces and seamed. The neckband is picked up and knit after seaming. When working in the striped sections, we recommend breaking your yarn at each color change. If you choose to do this, you may wish to weave in your ends as you go to save time.
